If you don’t have or know your User ID, you can sign in to a disconnected account for 6 months after your account was canceled. You’ll need the mobile number, last name and ZIP code used for the account. You’re still responsible for paying for your current billing period’s plan service through Nov. 18. If you bought your wireless device from an authorized agent or third–party vendor, check whether that third-party charges a separate termination fee.
